Co-Founder

Shane

Started in recruitment in 2012 and never looked back. From working in an IT recruitment agency, through to working internally for the likes of TUI, Virgin, Carpetright & Whitbread. Over the years I’ve lost a lot of hair but grown a lot of experience, there’s not much I’ve not covered in recruitment!

When I’m not in the office, you can normally find me out with the family, maybe at theme park, or out enjoying some of the finest peri peri known to man.

Fell into the world of recruitment (who doesn’t) in 2010 – Started at a small IT recruitment agency in Milton Keynes, I’ve subsequently worked internally for Tesco and Whitbread.

Unlike my height, I’ve grown to be a great all-rounder, there’s not much I can’t deliver on.

Outside of work I’m usually found in the gym, whooping Shane at most games/sports he challenges me to or watching Reading FC – Up the Ding!
